PERMA stands for: Positive Emotions Engagement Relationships Meaning Accomplishments

Challenge: Rank yourself in the following PERMA areas from 1-5 (5 being the highest)  to see which areas you need to focus on. Ask yourself, in the past month I have often:

Felt positive emotion

Been completely engaged in what I was doing

Experienced a positive relationship

Engaged in a meaningful activity

Accomplished a goal

In the next 24 hours, make a commitment to improving one of these!
